It's spring, which of course means daffodils, lambs, crocus and... snow.
Yes, I know. Ridiculous, isn't it?
Still, on the plus side it has given me the opportunity to try a different garden activity with the kids this morning: snow painting.
Go on, tell me you're not tempted.
If you are then all you need are spray bottles, water and food colouring.
Really, it's that simple.
It's nearly worth having the snow back for.
Nearly.
You are phenomenal, Dawn Isaac. Only you would dream up snow painting AND have the kit on hand to make it possible.
Sometimes I wish you were my Mum.
Then I remember the darker side and heave a sigh of relief.

PS
You will notice how I avoided any mention of not eating yellow snow.

James - you are wise. It is a very dark side.

Thank goodness the snow here has stopped. I hope!! But this does look fun and work on grass too.. or sidewalks! I was scrolling through and wish I'd seen your post about stickers on the Amaryllis - my teens would have loved it. We always have the best time watching them grow so quickly. Great idea!
